Online Orders

Orders received through the Mojomala website (https://www.mojomala.com) are processed as quickly as possible, and generally shipped within one business day. Orders received on Saturdays or Sundays will ship Monday morning, or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday.

In the event we are unable to fulfill your order, either due to insufficient inventory or a miscommunication, we'll let you know and cancel the order.

We ship anywhere in the continental US. We currently do not ship abroad. Currently, shipping rates are based on weight:

  • Between 0-2 lbs. = $7
  • Between 2-5 lbs. = $10
  • Between 5-10 lbs. = $14.
  • More than 10 lbs? Whoa Nellie, that's gonna be a in-store pickup only at this time.

Discounts for purchases over a certain dollar amount, or other incentives, are frequently offered for a limited time.

In-Store Pickup

Mojomala offers in-store pickup for customers in the Washington DC and surrounding area. Orders are available for pickup during regular store hours at 8401 Colesville Rd. #140 in Silver Spring MD. 

Condition of Merchandise

Mojomala sells a variety of new and used items online, and the condition may vary. We consider condition in all pricing, and as a result, you may see two different prices for the same item. Where necessary, an item's description and/or photos will identify any defects or characteristics necessary for you to make an informed purchase. Please contact us before purchasing if you'd like to know more specifics regarding a particular item.

Returns

Mojomala accept returns with 14 days of delivery on merchandise. Customers have 7 days from the receipt of the order to communicate with Mojomala regarding any complaints. If a return request is accepted by Mojomala, the customer has 7 days to return the merchandise in the condition they received it in order to receive a refund or replacement. Mojomala is not responsible for merchandise that remains in the customer's possession beyond 14 days.

Returns must be authorized with Mojomala before they are sent to us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All possible returns should be discussed with Mojomala before any action is taken. You can reach the returns department via email at [email protected].

Refund requests are at the discretion of Mojomala, but will likely be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Defects on "new" items - We will replace any item with a defect due to an error by the manufacturer. If there is not another copy of that item in stock, we will offer a credit for the cost of the item towards the purchase of another item.
  • Defects on "used" items - Returns are not accepted for used items where the defect is already identified in the product description. We will consider return requests for items where a previously unknown defect is identified. 
  • Misrepresentation - We will consider a return request if we have incorrectly listed specific material characteristics (gatefold cover, original pressing, first edition, etc.) of a particular product.
  • Processing Error - If an error has occurred in a customer order at the fault of Mojomala, then Mojomala will accept the item back for a refund or credit. However, if an error occurs at the fault of the customer ordering an item, Mojomala cannot be held responsible.
  • Shipping Damage - Mojomala is committed to shipping your items in the best possible care. However, it is always possible for some minor damage to occur during the shipping process. We will gladly replace any items that experience major defects from shipping, but we may not do so for items that only experience small cosmetic ones. 

Mojomala strives to provide excellent customer service, and we want you to be satisfied. As stated above, we will consider return requests for most situations with two exceptions:

  1. Mojomala does not refund/replace based on issues of taste. Mojomala cannot be held responsible in the instances where a customer doesn't like the product purchased.
  2. Mojomala also does not refund/replace because of customer error. Once the item has been purchased, we cannot be held responsible if the customer has made a mistake in their choice.

If a return request is accepted, you may either mail the product back, or drop off the product at the store located at 8401 Colesville Rd. #140 in Silver Spring, MD.
